Extreme lower back pain for several weeks.

What other methods of treatment have you tried for relief of these condition(s)?

I’ve tried over the counter pills, exercise and rest.

What impact did your condition(s) have on your life?

It made sitting or standing too long uncomfortable, I couldn’t ride our jet ski or be very active.

Please explain the progress that you have made since you started care with us?

I feel great, I haven’t had any illness since I started coming here.

What other health benefits have you noticed? (Examples would be more energy or a reduction in allergies.)

I’ve noticed more energy, no colds, co flu, easy pregnancy and even easy labor.

A friend at work referred me in.

What benefits have you and/or your family experienced since beginning care with us?

This has helped our family so much, my daughter and I have both stayed so healthy because of it.

I feel great since I’ve been coming here for the last 3 years. I attribute my daughter’s health to them also.
