What condition(s) caused you to initially seek care at our office and how long had you had them?

Extreme low back pain, off and on since 1995.

What other methods of treatment have you tried for relief of these condition(s)?

Nothing, I was too afraid to try anything to relieve the pain.

What impact did your condition(s) have on your life?

I was irritable and couldn’t be as active as I wanted to be.

Please explain the progress that you have made since you started care with us?

I wake up pain free! I can stand up straight.

What other health benefits have you noticed? (Examples would be more energy or a reduction in allergies.)

Definitely more energy and since I’m not in constant aching pain, I’m in a better mood!

What benefits have you and/or your family experienced since beginning care with us?

I know now that I don’t have to live with pain, I’m still relatively young and I want to enjoy my life without constant ache and pain!

General comments:

They saw that I was in a lot of pain and convinced me that Fisher Family Chiropractic could help, so I worked up the courage and made and appointment. Should’ve done it sooner! Nothing to be scared of!
